Refund Policy

• A 50% non refundable deposit is due for all trips upon confirmation of your reservation.

• 2026/2027 UPDATE — The balance is due 60 days prior to your reservation date. Reservations are transferable.

• There are no refunds for any reason, including injury or poor weather. If your party cancels for any reason, the balance is still due.

• Please consider purchasing third-party travel insurance.

• If TSBC is unable to operate (example: no snow, global pandemic, militia takeover, erupted volcano… ) the balance will not be due, but the deposit is still non refundable and we do not extend credits into the future.
